Central Otago Wakatipu Cycle Club was founded in 1990 and draws riders from Alexandra, Cromwell, and Wanaka plus their surrounding districts as well as Queenstown. We race regularly through the summer months, making best use of the marvellous countryside that we have the good fortune to inhabit here. Our races take riders along beautiful lakeside routes winding up and down the roads at the base of the mountains.

Our season stars with daylight savings, with events held on alternating Sundays and also our Highlands race track events held on the alternate Thursdays. Please visit our event calendar for our race schedule.

The club caters for all rider abilities from beginner through to elite, youngsters too. Everyone is welcome along, with the racing categories adjusted accordingly.
